What else would you add or change?
This needs to be a proper and reasonable budget computer.
Thanks in advance.

HI,
on the video editing side of things it depends alot on what software and if you will be doing HDV.
i would recommend a minimum ATI X600 XT or Nvidia 6600 if doing HDV.
ram size has little to do with it, unless doing 3D animation.
is this more for video or audio?
for video editing Opus is correct(or for audio even) 2 GIg ram is best.

That sounds LOUD just based on the name. Looks loud with that fan blowing right acrross the fins. The websiste gives the measurement in sones (bad sign). It's 1.0 sone should translate to roughly 40dBA. Hard to say what it will actually sound like -- most HSF reviews are written by gamer-types and thier idea of "silent" is something that doesn't sound like a jet engine taking off.
I recommend the Cooler Master Aquagate: http://www.coolermaster
I recommend the Cooler Master Aquagate:

And a Antec Phantom Power Supply:

Replace the noisy fan on the Aquagate with one of these :

With this set-up, my comp is super-quiet and my P4 temps never go above 125F. Usually it cruises around 114F!!
Looks good so far..PSU is decent rate(410 watts-plenty o power!)
Looks good so far..PSU is decent rate(410 watts-plenty o power!)..I just wonder if it's clean or not? Also is it a dual fan or not on the PSU? Enermax has nice quiet efficient PSU's that have a fan inside the case to draw heat out and help reduce overall heat build up inside the case.
For video editing I'm not toally sure but if you can get a higher RAM based card that would help even more..
also if I'm correct I would go with more memory overall for video editing as that's more data intensive than audio..by far!
Otherwise seems to be a solid collection of hardware
Opus :D
