Lately we seem to have a few trolls on this forum that are looking for any reason to start a fight. I have been sucked into a couple of these discussions and now realize that the best policy is to just ignore them and hopefully they will grow tired of posting messages to themselves and will leave or go find another forum to infest.
This is a really good forum with lots of really nice intelligent people offering good advice and help to the newbies. It is unfortunate that some people have to ruin the good feelings and helpful surroundings by pushing their agendas or by starting fights at the drop of a hat. audiokid has done a GREAT service to the audio community by hosting this forum for all these years and I think he deserves some large measure of respect for doing this.
That respect is not forthcoming from the trolls who's only purpose is to disrupt and threaten good people. They are like the playground bullies of my youth and if they can't get their way they threaten you and want to do you harm. The only real difference is that the trolls can't give you a black eye but the playground bullies certainly could.
So I am PLEADING with you to stop feeding the trolls and hopefully in a few days of listening to themselves babel on they will leave never to come back.

oh man- you think this is bad? you should check out the "musicians" section of craigslist for long island, new york. last time i checked (last week) there were still 4-5 people yammering away and insulting each other from an argument that remember seeing way back like in march. and the arugument was over some total crap bar called "lefty's". everyday it's "lefty's is great, you suck thats why they dont let you play there" "no you suck" "your fat" "no your fat" "you wish you could play blues" "oh yeah, last week i had 36 people come to my show" etc....
