Okay so i'm going to edit using reaper, mix using studio one, then make finals and send them to a friend to master, and attempt to do my own master using Samplitude pro x. is this a good idea.

Samplitude Pro X will cover all this. Its a top end DAW program. No need for three different DAW's if you have Pro X. But you may want to invest in the suite or Sequoia, the big brother to Samplitude Pro X. It has a few more mastering goodies.

The answer as John put so eloquently, It's an unanswerable question... Or to put it another way, can you do it to your satisfaction?
