Good Mic Pre?

Are there any good mic preamp's with S/PDIF out on them for under $100 bux? If you know of any of have any used ones please let me know. If not what do you guys think about that Focusrite Penta Pre? Let me know. Thanks, Jeremy

Not much in that price range. Off the top of my head, the only thing at $100 is going to be an Audio Buddy dual channel or the cheapest Presonus single channel.
