Seems like us Neumann, Schoeps, AKG, etc. mic owners with units using the AC701 tube should express interest (and need) for a run of new affordable AC701 tubes. JJ Electronic apparently has the facilities and equipment to manufacture this tube but they are talking about 10,000 units to consider a run. Most mic owners are probably unaware this company exists. We all should email or write Eurotubes and/or JJ Electronic that a need for this tube exists.

BTW, the EF806 (for the Neumann U-67) is available at $42 each. I am ordering two today. Will hop back on here after they are received and I have a chance to test them in a mic.
