Yes , that's FOUR - EYES ...... 8)

Our new metering unit.
Basically four channels of pure VU metering with adjustable range and peak/average time response.
A bit of aluxury on one hand , but quite applicable in certain situations and may make your recording process less stressful.

Capturing godawful random peaks or transients as slow skewed response on the VU is definately helpful when recording say a dynamic vocalist and trying to guage best signal to noise ratio from mic to A/D chain.
It's all Class A but thaT DOESN'T MEAN MUCH because there is no audio passing through the unit ,, and there is no loading on the signal.
In conjunction with the standard metering on many DAW units this enables better judjement of headroom and noise floor etc.

The VU lighting is also switchable from off to half cast or full cast in groups of two to facilitate easy identification. :shock:
