Aside from stereo linking my LA-2A's, The gain and reduction knobs are different from each other. Its annoying and not a problem but I like things to looks exact and be calibrated to reflect a similar setting.
I know, no two LA-2A is alike but ... rather than lossening off the knob screws and resetting them, are the trim adjustments front and back for this?
I don't see this explained in the manual. Remy maybe?

Sorry Chris, I really don't have any hands-on with those. I've never even played with one. Probably one of the few I haven't. But hey, that's what tubes are all about. Because they are not a solid-state. And neither is Virginia.
