so i'm about to mix in this basement room which has highish cealings, a lot of area, but all concrete walls. i've been noticing some bass response issues when tracking that i'm not happy with. how do i figure out if it's a room problem or an instrument problem, and then how do i fix it, preferably on the cheap. and if you want to throw in strategies for killing some high end too, let me know!
