Roland sold one specifically for it, but I don't remember the model name/number. It went for around $500 new, and you can occasionally find them on Ebay.

I have a Roland VS1824CD, which succeeded the 1880 and the 1680. Mine has a built-in CDRW drive, but I just got a 2gb Jaz drive off of Ebay for -dirt cheap- for archiving. With the cable I needed (a DB25 to HD50 SCSI cable), it cost me around $30 total. An option is to find an external SCSI box and an internal SCSI cdrw drive. I'd just keep an eye out on Ebay or talk to local shops to see if they can get their hands on for the Roland one, and check "Computer Renaissance" type places for spare SCSI gear. Little mom and pop computer stores might have something too, depending on how long they've been in business.

Good luck!
