Kind of off topic for the forum but I know a lot of people hated Netscape 6 including me. It never worked properly.

I downloaded 6.1 tonight and it's pretty nice. It updated everything perfect. Except for my message filters. I had to reasign them again.

I looks better and java text is actually readable using it. It does use a bit more memory but I recommend it.

I did not have good luck with netscape. I tried 6.0 and 6.1

All my picture files, my image previewer and even some audio files got changed to the netscape icon. It did not interfere with outlook express but would intefere with outlook 2000. I have heard that the java rendering in netscape was superior to VM in IE...but then again, I have learned just about all the ins and outs of IE5.5 and it works good for me.

As an alternative I have heard that opera is a good one but since eveything seems to work well with IE5.5 that is whers I shall stay unless someone can really convince me otherwise.

I have been told IE6.0 is not good yet..too many problems to be "weeded" out

Netscape...whatever!!
All you webdesign geeks....lol!! I'm so dedicated to audio machines I hate installing other browsers that will mess with the registry in one way or another! My roomate uses Netscape and he installed some Java runtime program that Netsc(r)ape uses I guess...always tells me the damn netscape is frozen again..everytime I go to Jave Console thing and clear it it's fine again! IE hasnt failed me so my sediments(as if you care by now!!) are to not fuck with the registry!!
Yeehaw...it's Friday!
