hi, me and my band made a song and recorded it all as one track onto a CD from a mixer. The vocals are too loud to hear a lot of the song and i wondered if its possible on the computer to edit how loud they are. Thanks - Joe
You can sometimes affect vocal level through the use of mid-side processing. You have to be careful because you're working on all the information that is panned center which means that not only vocals can be raised and lowered, but bass, snare, etc... as well.
