Hey i just tried to use my 2 yr old whammy pedal which i purchased new, and i see no lights, and it will not transmit sound. This pedal only has a couple hours on it, and has been kept in my house, near all my other pedals which work. The only unusual thing is i left it down at my studio for a couple weeks along w/ a couple stomp boxes.

Recently I got a diagram from an audio technician at a company telling me how to make my own -10 dB cut and -20 dB cut stereo box. But now that I made them did I realize that I need one single box with around -25/-30 dB cut. I can see from the numbers I got from the technician that it's not just doubling the ohm numbers to go 10 dB extra.

Say you have a piece of electronic equipment which has an input impedance of 1Megohms, and an input capacitance of 10 picofarads as determined by a ceramic capacitor across the input resistor. This obviously creates an RC impedance filter which will act on any AC entering the device.

I'm looking to place four THAT VCAs in parallel. Do I just run traces between all the pins and treat them as a single unit (with summing resistors), or are there other considerations as well?

How can we correct weak metalization in PCB plating?

So the schematic i found for the ELA 250/51 *EDITED BY LINK* is pretty much hand drawn and many of the values i can not read. Mostly i am worried about the values of the pattern switching stage (the upper right) there is a resistor and a capacitor that are blobby and unreadable. the other thing is the PSU transformer, what would be a suitable volunteer for the job?
