Wrote this song over the weekend and I would appreciate feedback.

Also, I would like feedback on what genre this is - I can't figure that out myself!

I'm not the only writer in the group. This piece was written and sung by our bass player. Oddly, it's started as a rock tune, but I put on my producer's cap ... slowed it down ... immensely ... and turned it into a reflective conversation piece.

Any/all comments warmly appreciated.

This one current features me singing ... and we will have our lead vocalist eventually track the piece.

Seeking overall comments on the underlying music bed mix.

This one, curiously, was played "almost" live. I overdubbed the keys, but we did the rest of it (Drums/Bass/Elec/Acoustic) all together in two takes.

Been working on this for a bit - It's an early 80's rock meets modern pop hybrid with some big drops and some strong vocal and instrumental hooks - really hoping to do something with this. .

New lead vocalist ... who happens to be my drummer's brother in law - and they're both neighbors of mine ... also laid this vocal down the other night - at the same time he did "Brown Haired Girl".

Here's a new song. Lyrically this has a "recovery" theme. I may add a little more guitar if necessary but my objectivity is starting to shift a bit so this is a good start for some criticism and mix direction.
