I would like some direction in the music field to turn my music in to profit and not sitting on the shelf I'm from kansas and i have a lot of songs to offer either for movies,r & B,jingles,or relaxing.I need help I'm in the middle of the country,so i can be heard also thanks for listening.

Hi guys, So I'm not new to music, but pretty new to home recording. I got myself an ART Pro Dual Pre USB Interface so that I could record vocals and guitar at the same time, but as different tracks. But when I hook it up to my laptop and record using the Edison recorder in Fruity Loops 8 it records it as one track.

Jw if anyone has tried PT 11. curious to hear some thoughts as to if they improved upon some of the prior weaknesses of the program, w/ they're new audio engine/ plugin format. i'm not in the market at all for a new DAW, just curious about the new PT.

I'm looking at IK essentials and total studio bundle 3 (musicians friend has it for $199). I have a baby so I simulate amps instead of micing. Which way should I go?

I was thinking about getting a pair of Oktava Mk 012

My main interest is to use it live for recording the sound of some dancers and and some instrument (horn+flute), so the room is very important for me.
A totally different alternative would be the AKG Perception 420, that is very sensitive (i need that), but i'm afraid of the feedback during the live.
