I've been testing some shotgun mics and investigating how the length impacts on their polar patterns at different frequencies. Some rotation of multiple mics, measurements and graphs!

Everyone:
I'm looking for a shotgun capsule for my C451EB. I realize new gear that fits this AKG modular mic sustem is no longer made, but there are used mic capsules out there.

** Anyone have experience (positive or negative) with an AKG C9 or C8 shotgun capsule? **
