Both have rave reviews. Which do you guys prefer? I'm stuck between the two.
Beyer DT150 Headphones. Is there a better choice?
Forums
Hello. I recently broke my headphones so it's time for me to return to the marketplace and start the search for a set again. The Beyerdynamic DT150s seem to offer exactly what I want and at £120, are roughly in the budget that I'm looking to spend. Yet, with so many brands out there and so many different models, I find it difficult to really pick apart what is good, and what isn't.

Beyerdynamic BM85 dual-element ribbon - info needed
Forums
I've recently acquired an old Beyerdynamic BMS85. This comprises a BM85 ribbon head fitted to an S85 wireless transmitter body. The S85 I have is non-functional, and I'd like to modify the unit to be wired instead of wireless.

I just got this pair of headphones today. Haven't used them yet. But they were expensive, and I want to validate the purchase. Anyone have an opinion on these?

Beyer DT 770 Pro versus AKG K271MKII
Forums
Hi!
I need to buy headphones, my oldies AKG are totally destroyed.
I like to ear the true sound without coloration. I worked with the Beyer 990 Pro in some studios and liked very much but is but half-open... so the sound is different.

Hello,
I bought a Beyer M55 microphone.
It has a DIN (3 pin) connector & I want to make a Din to XLR adapter.
Which pin of the DIN is ground, cold & warm ?
Thank you

Anyone here compare Cascade Fathead to M130?
Forums
I'm looking to get one or two ribbons (a new venture for this condenser addict) mainly for use as vocal or instrumental spots in classical work; just maybe as choral pickups when dealing with brass in the back row of an orch, or JUUUST MAAAAAYBE as a Blumlein pr. I'd be interested in any aneCDotes/experiences/recommendations retaled to these two mics in these applications.
Cheers!

I have inherited a pair of rather battered beyer 201 condensor mics.
I cant find much info on the internet regarding these.
I know they are not the best mics in the world but does anyone own them ?
Are they good on certain instruments or in certain applications ?
thanks
