I recently bought one of these and I am very impressed. I've been playing for 40 years and never really gave Tele's a second thought, can't really say why...Anyways, this rascal has jumbo frets, and a flatter radius(9 1/2) fretboard than my two vintage Strats, and that makes ALL the difference.

the keyboard player in my band plays mostly organ parts but his keyboard sounds terrible. Nothing like the 60s bands that we are trying to sound like. Then at practice i put him through my old Pro reverb which is like a twin and it sounded so good because of the breakup. I'm just using the 1/4 out from his keyboard to the amp and was wondering is this harmful to the keyboard or amp?

OK there this bass head at my church. this is all the info i know. It's a fender head. On the back it says Fender 100B or fender 100 bass. model no. 1001852.

Also it was being used with a Voice Cab Model V418, 4 ohms. Made by Thomas Organ Co. Westminister

I've got a pre out and pwr in on my fender amp. Sending the signal from the preamp to the headphones or computer is not a problem, but I'm not sure how to temporarily shut off the amp's speaker.

I just picked up a 1964 Fender Tremolux - all stock (RCA tubes, original oxford speakers, etc.) I have a couple of questions.

1) I'd like to change out the power cord to something that is grounded. Is this a big no-no for the amp's value? If not, any advice for the best way to ground it?

I have a Fender Standard Jazz Bass 5 string. I bought it used and it has two pickups, One is really loud, and the second one (which I think sounds better, not as throaty as the first one) is really quiet. So if I'm trying for a nice smooth sound I have to crank up my amp. Is this a common problem, or should I look at this?

My buddy just emailed and told me his dad is looking at getting rid of a "perfect shape" mid 70's Fender Mustang and a "reverb amp"

I am in the process of trying to get more info on the amp and guitar,

but would anyone have any idea what he should ask for the guitar?
