I have been working on Logic Express for about a year now and I am looking into upgrading to Logic Pro. I am running an ibook G4 and Express sometimes gives me trouble. Is there any chance in Pro working moderately well on this machine?
I love express, I just feel limited!
I welcome any suggestions.
Also, would using my external 7200 HD help the current situation?

I going to start recording on my notebook and I have some ideas on how and what I need to do this. I have a few questions and ideas I'd like to run by everyone to see if I'm on the right track. So I'm making the step to Cubase SX3, and I couldn't be happier. I just need to know, how do the included effects etc.. stack up? I noticed that the EQ is integrated in the channel.. convenient, but I also read that the quality leaves a bit to be desired, and doesn't match the standards that Nuendo sets forth.

i have about 7 songs written with music to it too and i want to start recording them i have ADOBE AUDITION 1.5 which allows me to record stuff but what other things do i need so i can plugin my guitar and a mic? thx p.s it would help if someone knew the program(ADOBE AUDITION 1.5)
