Hi,

Does anyone have experience using long gooseneck microphones that sit on a moveable base?

I was considering one of the following:

Shure MX412
AKG CGN 521
Sennheiser MZH 3072

I am assuming all of the above are optimised to reduce pick-up due to vibrations etc.?

A flexible metal coupling that is used to attach a microphone to a stand or podium. Used mostly in conferencing and for podium mounting, the metal spiral allows the microphone to be adjusted into a multitude of positions.
