Today, i was forced to reinstall XP on my non-audio computer. Upon reinstaling and trying countless times, i keep getting this error during the partition format.
What is causing this and how can i get around it? The only other HDD i have is the HDD with all my stuff which i CANNOt format.
If anyone needs more info, feel free to ask.
Thanks
I have been having some problems with the snare drum on my kit. I have a Pearl Export Fusion Kit with a Steel 14" Pearl Snare. On all of the drums, I have Remo Ambassador powdercoated heads. The problem with my snare is that after I hit it rings and sounds really weird. I don't know what to do to get rid of it. If anyone can elp it would be greatly appreciated.

i have been using a Tascam 424 mkII for quite some time now, and its been running pretty much without a flaw. but at sometime or another within the last month or something, the panning has become virtually non-existent. has anyone ever heard of this happening?
Hey guys, i'm currently runnign a home studio set up with the central point being my intel 1.7ghz Windows XP, 1gb ram laptop and nuendo 3.2.
I'm trying to connect the MOTU mkII (USB 2.0) to a laptop pc but there seem to be a syncronization problem. I've got a Windows XP with Service Pack 2 and the USB 2.0 is correctly instaled, and I can install the drivers of the mkII without having any problem.
Hello,
Hey everyone, i'm a first time poster long time reader. I finally got into the recording game recently as I wanted to start recording my acoustic guitar, so I got a MXL V69 Mogami Edition condenser microphone, and a Fostex MR-8 digital multitrack recorder.
Hi all, first post and already starting with problems!
I recently moved from Canada to the Czech republic going from 120v/50hz to 230v/60hz (correct me if I'm wrong on the frequencies). Regardless, I brought over my pair of event 20/20bas monitors that I simply couldn't let go hoping to get to use them here. I bought the following step up/down transformer:
