I love Analog EQ's. Nothing Itb sounds quite like the classics. I'm thinking about adding some Great River transformer mojo to my hybrid process. The EQ 2NV is on my radar.
 

I have 4 instruments with dual 1/4in TS output that I want to patch in stereo: digital piano, e-drums, and 2 guitars effects pedals. 25ft would be a good length.

Anyone tried using the SSL Xpatch with a MixDream? I'm trying to get my head around the conf for this.

Where have I been, check this out: Is there anything else out there like this? This is limited, unable to cascade it but pretty cool for studios only using a small amount of outboard gear. This along side the Liaison would be pretty awesome for my setup.

Have you seen this in action?

Hi,How did they patch rack fx in the old days If I try to put more than one fx inline I get tone suck. Can you run more than one DDL or DDL with a Reverb inline :confused:

So I finally bought the professional keyboard (okay, not an OASYS but better than a Yamaha DGX, right?) I've been drooling over for years: The Korg TR-88.

I'm trying to make my home recordings sound better and need some advice, I do mostly electronic music.

I'm totally overwhelmed on the amount of cords out there on ebay and can't figure out what is quality and will give me a great sound at a not too insane of price. I try doing google searches and can't find anything really.

Last week I came in a studio which uses a Mackie 1604. It is hooked up to a patch panel which links it to the different recorders and computers. Everything is connected with TRS jacks. The patch panel is a stero patch panel. But i saw they only used Mono-jacks to patch the signal. A lot of equipment uses balanced signals( Mackie 1604, dvcpro recorder, edititing stations end so on)
