Higlighting whats new with the latest update to Studio One Professional - version 3.3
Folks, I'm very new to the recording world. If you haven't read my thread/threads yet, but I'm starting a podcast, so I'm certainly not just an amateur, I'm kind of a DAW retard. I really would like to educate myself about the use of Studio One 3 on what is useful for me in terms of the podcast I'm trying to create. Does anyone know of basic tutorials that would maybe be more for my needs, without all the extra stuff for music recording and mixing? I can't find anything that doesn't give me a lot of irrelevant information for me.
Hey folks. I'm having a lot of trouble learning how to record using the aforementioned equpiment/DAW. All I'm trying to do, is do interviews, later to edit in music and other audio. I can hear through my headphone monitor that the Audiobox44 is sending the microphone signal through the device, as I can hear very clearly though my headphones. However, when I try to record, the playback is what I would describe as choppy/robotic and very quiet. I'm having problems navigating StudioOne's interface and am having a lot of trouble figuring out what's going on.

PreSonus Offers Convology Vintage Reverbs Library for Studio One
Convology Vintage Reverb bundle for Studio One.
Baton Rouge, Louisiana—July 2016… PreSonus® has released the Convology Vintage Reverbs Add-ons library for Studio One® 3, the latest in a series of Add-on products that enhance PreSonus’ popular DAW.
This arrived in my inbox today and I thought it would be worth sharing with anyone else who uses Studio One.
There are a few different ways to go about sampling drums in SO, but this is a simple and concise way using SOs' native Impact sampler and native Gate plugin as a trigger.
The same principle would apply to any DAW platform. YMMV.

I have an Apple keyboard with numeric pad (see image below) and I'm searching for a Studio One Pro 3 silicone editor overlay to suit.
It seems everywhere I look on the web there seems to be the Studio One overlay for Macbook and Imac, but not for this apple keyboard which I'm sure is the most popular in the range. The seems to be an abundance of overlays to suit just about every other DAW program on the planet for this keyboard, but nothing for SO3.
I found this tutorial showing how to replace drums in SO without third party plugins...
-It uses SO2 but the same applies to SO3
