So I have a little break from work and can give S1 a better workout. Lots of great features that I did have (or was not aware of) in PT. But I'm still at a pretty frustrating point on the learning curve.
I was thinking of having my home studio in a basement, who here has done same thing and how much noise gets out? I just don't wanna record and have police called on me.

as a Stage Accompany and audio enthusiast I would like to know if you people ever heard about the SA M57 Studio Monitor.
A quick search at this forum gave no hit at all of the SA M57.
Some say the SA M57 is one of the best natural sounding (ribbon loaded) studio monitors ever build.
The M57 has also a big(ger) brother, the M59.
I'm using Behringer x2442usb and Studio One DAW.
I can't seem to record an audio track through the mixer adn monitor the previously recorded tracks at the same time.
Anyone have a suggestion?

I'm a little confused, when I listened in the local store and compared Genelec 8030 with Event 2030 my music sounded totally different .
