hi every 1 i wish u all a ver Happy New Year, i need some help regarding how does a studio of a normal standard would charge, for jingles, voice overs, what should be the critaria for the charging for the following.
1 for a 1 minute jingle.
2 for a 1 minute tv add music.
3 for a radio add.
With my keyboard I use synths from FL Studio.
For recording guitar/bass and vocals I use Adobe Audition 3.0
is there a way to record my synths from FL Studio directly in audition as if it was an instrument?
both programs are on the same computer.
I'm deciding on the m audio bx8a's or the KRK Rokit Powered 6, any ideas?
Hi,
Would appreciate a little advice please.
I currently use an old cheap pair of speakers for monitoring and I'm looking to upgrade. I really dont have much cash though, around £200.
Could anyone advise on some monitor speakers for that price please?
I am posting in Pro Audio as I need advice to upgrade my prosumer studio, but I am admittedly still a neophyte to this realm of audio sophistication, so please be gentle.
I am not new to recording, but I am just getting around to setting up my first semi-pro home studio. A few pieces of equipment that I have had for a while (compressor, interface, mixer) -- as well as a new headphone amp and effects box -- use balanced cables for some aux patches.
I'm about to start making my purchases for my new studio, it's just myself - vocals, acoustic.
i think i've found my gear to start with, i want to know if i'm in the right direction to accomplish getting the best possible sound just like at the big studios.
Hi all,
I am in the process of setting up a mobile recording studio/control room in the back of a van to record live rock bands. This will be primarily used as a tracking studio. Control room in back of van has been sealed and soundproofed (as best as can be) and leaves me with dimensions of 7'6" (l)x 5' (w) x 4'3"(h). Yes, I'll probably use a low chair!
Hey all,
I'm looking for a decent pair of studio monitors for some home recording. Are there any budget options that would help my setup sound good?
I'm using Tracktion 3 for my DAW and have an M-Audio ProFire 610.
I'm mainly recording electric guitar out of my amp and I will be adding more tracks with live instruments and some software synths.
