Description

Vintech Audio has been in business since 1997 and all of our products are made in the USA. Our flagship model is the Vintech X73. This unit is a class A, all discrete, transformer balanced microphone preamplifier with circuitry based on the classic Neve 1073 module. We have done several public blind listening tests with these units comparing them to original Neve modules. Please call us with any questions you may have about any of our products.

Wunder vs. . Vintech.

I have narrowed my potential purchase down to the Wunder PAFour or the Vintech 473. I am leaning towards the 473 because it has the eq's on it and I like the sound of my X73i. I was wondering if anyone has had the chance to AB these two units. And by the way, I don't expect either of these units to sound like a 1073, I'm just looking for something to compliment my API 3124.

Vintech 1272

I was thinking of upgrading my Behringer AD8000 for an Octopre or Digimax then i got thinking, why not get a two channel high-end mic preamp-amp instead of 8 low/medium end and just keep the Behringher for when i really need to record more than 8 tracks simultaneously which is very rare apart from recording drums...anyway, after a lot of research it looks like it's going to be the Vintech dual

Vintech X81-Distressor or TUBE TECH comp . Killer VOX?

Hey all, planning towards new additions. Primary style Gospel-Hip-Hop, RAP, R&B, etc. Current pieces:

SP C1
MXL V69M
Focusrite ISA 428
MOTU 2408MKIII

I'm wanting to add to my pallete the Vintech X81 and either the TUBE TECH compressor or the Distressor. I also am locked on the Blues Kiwi and the AD card for the ISA.
