Im converting an american preamp to our flavour of electricity here in europe. I've removed the American plug top and I've got 3 coloured wires, black,green & white. AFAIK its:
Green= Earth
Black=Neutral
White= Live
Can anybody confirm this? :?

Sorry if this is not the best place to post this one, but it seemed the most relavent.

I have a budget mic, which uses a mono (unbalanced) jack connector.

It's a PZM mic with a battery compartment.

I remember reading somewhere where someone suggested that you never use snakes to wire your studio, because they are not of the highest quality. While I can understand this I can not locate any other methods of orderly routing a studio.

How do you go about rewiring fruity loops in Cubse Sx? Thanks

I've just purchased a little 4 channel headphone amp for a location recording rig I'm putting together. I'm looking to run a stereo headphone mix straight from the back of 2 channels on my 888 audio interface into the h/phone amp. This would mean running 2 XLRs into 1 TRS. In other words 6 into 3.

Does anyone have a manual for one of these babies? Or even access to a unit wired for the US (120V)? Here's my dilemma, I'm a relatively recent arrival to this country (from the UK), and I brought my trusty old power amp with me, but somehow in the move I have managed to misplace the manual, so I am unsure how to wire it for 120V (it's set for 240V it's old home voltage).

I am trying to wire my brothers cabinet so it is 4ohm mono. It has 4x12 16ohm speakers.
