Zoom H4n + MXL 603s = Low Frequency "Bumps"

I am just getting into sound and am very much a novice. I recently purchased a Zoom H4n and a pair of MXL 603s. I'm attempting to record a choir I'm in using this gear. I've made some test recordings and have also recorded a rehearsal. In these recordings I'm noticing a low frequency bumping noise.

Zoom H6 with external condenser mics

Forums

Hello,

I'd like to ask if anyone already tried the new Zoom H6 with 4x external condenser mics. There is also possibility to detach the Zoom mic and replace it with another 2x XLR/TRS inputs. I'm wondering if the 4 AA bats inside could handle 6x phantom power for external condenser mics, let's say 6mA current consumption each... and how's the quality of such a preamp.

I need some help with my Zoom R16 and Amplitude 3 in my Cubase LE6

I have my R16 plugged into my computer as an audio interface, and I wanna run my guitar through channel one (hi z) and put it through amplitude for distortion. I have my headphones plugged into my R16 in phones out. I hear the guitar I just cant put it through amplitude, nothing changes in the tone and the tuner isn't even picking it up.
