Monitoring with Magix Samplitude Pro X
In this video I show how I do my monitoring setups with RME Totalmix FX and also using Samplitude alone for those who don't have a virtual mixer for their interface.
One of my Youtube Viewer bought a Presonus Q2626, it seems to not have a virtual mixer and aimed to be driven by studio one.. I hope this will work with samp as well.
Let me know what you think. How do you manage monitoring outputs, with or without multiple signals for headphones..

In this video I talk about how to deal with it in your DAW. You can do a mix of this song on your own : Song info and download : https://www.telefunken-elektroakustik.c… Will Evans - "Me and My Crew" https://www.youtube.com/c/WillEvansMusi…
Is it possible to record more than 4 tracks on the h4n in MTR mode? I would think bouncing to on mono track would allow you to add 3 more overdubs, bounce again and add 3 more. I have a project due tomorrow that requires 4 violins, 4 violas, 1 piano and 1 vocalist. I cannot get the h4n to open the bounce file nor does it open when I change the name to trk1-00 (the default name for track 1). I can do each 4 instrument group and combine them in Logic on my Mac but I was hoping to avoid that. Doing the recording and not hearing all the parts is not ideal.
Hi boys and girls,
Hope you are all well !
Yet another video about Magix products...
This one will surely help to had some mojo to tracks or masters.
Let me know what you think !
Just before Covid, I invested an awful lot of money in a new touring flown PA - 12 boxes in total with amps and a new 32 channel Midas stage box, Midas FOH mixer and and extra X32 rack in the stage rack, and new track playout machine. A British Beach Boys tribute band - busy diary and lots of live recordings via all the kit - then Covid arrived before we even had a chance to use the new system. The playout was a necessity as we've been totally live for 20 years, but the band leader and founder has Rheumatoid Arthritis.
I was chatting to my son about the British really popular Police drama Line of Duty. I was interested as he's a Police Officer here. I expected him to moan about Police process mistakes, or the things they do, but no - his complaint was the interview recorders which are the latest type - solid state and when you hit the button they make the long loud tone, before they start recording. He says they don't do this - just a pip or two to indicate they have started.

I did this video to open a discussion between us.
To hear from the viewers and anyone who can share how they feel and how they found their way through those ruff times..
