hey all!

I'm this question has come up but i can't seem to find it in the search. .

I was wondering how everyone felt about getting the best quality out of pro tools and converters. i have heard(and seen) Pro Tools with Apogee big ben clock. what does everyone think? i havebeen thinking of upgrading my rig and would like any and every opinion. should i go with that, or strictly HD, or i know Apogeehas an x-HD card for pro tool and i can use the rosetta or AD/DA 16x's. if i did decide to go with just Apogee converters and their expansion card how would buy the Pro Tools software. they don't seem to sell it on its own?
