Easy. Just make sure within PatchMix that the ASIO send is in the first (top) insert position for any input strip you are you using. All the inserts below it, can be used for effects. Since the ASIO send is before the effects in the chain, you hear the effects out of the AudioDock but only the dry signal is passed on to the recording application/program. You can even put the ASIO send anywhere in the middle and have some effects for monitoring and some used for recording.

For WDM drivers it gets more complicated since you only have one stereo WDM send.
