tracking is done. now, were cleaning up and doing some rough mixing on the PB using PTLE 6.4 with my HUI.
my PB is getting PISSSSED OFF, and it's bothering me ya know?

Using about 24 channel playback, with maybe 15 WavesEQ/Comp plugins working. only one reverb going in a AUX send. its quickly coming to a halt.

am I to expect this? or should I / can I squeeze more performance out of the PB?

I have a dedicated user for PT, with almost nothing else running for this user. tweaked the display properties, turned off screensavers, no classic installed, etc. any recommendations? or is this just what I'm going to get from this laptop?
