I probably can guess the outcome of a local-office-depot check...no that it'd stop me.... how much worse do you suppose that which they'll try to offer to me to replace said choice of thermal paste will likely be?...... I don't mind waiting for the ups or fedx if thats the verdict,just if anyone could say... I'm tempted to not even bother with local stores. although, it looks as if I'd oughta be able to search& find it.. maybe if I was connected locally, geek-wise, which i am not...I'd probably already have had a preference about the paste, interesting thing, I used to be an "Insulator".. "thermal engineer" we'd jokingly call ourselves, as apprentices..Nasty work, mostly..anyway,I live in Decatur Alabama 20 miles from the WernerVon Brown rocket-town of Huntsville.

Are you saying you don't know if this Arctic Silver 5 is a good choice or not?

If you're gonna use it for a PC CPU then do a Google search for Arctic Silver 5 and read the reviews

Idon't doubt the quality , i am just jostling the idea of asking local stores for it, thats all....see I don' really expect to find it.... but if you are saying there's no other choice, I can accept this...

then I have used only the Arctic Silver products on all the PC's I've built except Intel PC's where I have retained the factory supplied Heatsink and fan setup.

I have heard good reports about the OCZ product.
