Have you tried XP's compatability mode?

Compatibility mode is a non-issue here since before you can run it, Hubi's Loopback Device must first be installed as a device via the control panel. WinXP will not allow the device to be installed. Hubi's Loopback Device v2.6 or lower is not going to do the job.

Any other suggestions?

Oh, you can't even install it!? Sorry, I haven't a clue now.

Have you tried fto install it in compatability mode? A friend told me that might work.
