help !
i'm using an emu e5000 ultra sampler with fatar master keyboard and external hard drive.
when using a sustain pedal to sustain a lot of notes the sampler is generating a digital bleeping sound.
i've tried different keyboard, midi cable and sustain pedal but it's still doing it. it also affects all samples, not just one.
any suggestions would be hugely appreciated.

What you are likely hearing is distortion when to many voices are played at the same time. Turn down the master a little. You can also fine tune the gain by going to the master page that contains the headroom value. Details can be found in the manual.
