Hello all.
I'm quite new here, nice to meet you all! :D
I require a little sage advice; I am about to co write some songs and I have some old co written material [with massive commercial potential  ] do you know of anywhere i can find an example of a good cowriting contract that stipulates a royalty split, or where i can find some templates to build upon?
Thank you!
-K
Of course the percentages you and your co-writer(s) contributed
Of course the percentages you and your co-writer(s) contributed will vary and hopefully can be agreed upon in writing as soon as possible.
You can look at a Sample blank contract here. It has separate percentages for the Music & Lyrics.

Sorry I couldn't find a free one.
