I've been using DP for 15 years or so and love it. If you upgrade to tiger though, 4.5 won't work- upgrade to 4.52, which is a free upgrade. Its a very deep program for proffesional results

Can you zoom in on a wave file down to the sample in DP 4.5 like in adobe audition? Do you have as much flexibility to edit individual samples accordingly?

DP has offered sample accurate editing (and zooming in to the sample) since version 2.7 or so. DP also has a built in sample editor or you can set it up to integrate your own editing program (like Peak for instance). The sample is a pretty good feature of DP
