I'm shopping for a used console and I'm growing impatient.
The eBay route is eternally frustrating (though I continue to throw bids around) and my old standby harmony-central.com is good for smaller items, though tends not to go above Mackie 8 bus boards in its mixer listings.
Are there any other internet motherlodes I should be mining in my search?
I'm US based, so I can't consider non-US based sites, 'cause shipping would roast me.
Thanks.

It costs $25 a year but for that you can list your own ads. This is one of the best resources I have found in over ten years for pro gear. Losts of new listings every month for all typs of gear.

Johnwy,
Well, given my budget I am aiming for something analog and slightly higher than a Mackie 8 bus. Perhaps a nice Allen & Heath or a Soundcraft Ghost. I want to get out alive for $2K or less.
I have a nice Demeter pre and I track mostly direct, a track at a time. Thus, I am mostly looking for a nice mixdown machine, minimum 24 channels, with nice EQ (preferably fully parametric mids) and a nice sound. I'd rather not spend a lot of time tinkering inside the board, so I don't want to get an aging board that needs lots of TLC.
I had my ebay eye on a 24 Ghost LE, but got outbid with less than 2 seconds to go. Sigh.
Most of the used console sites I've been to have very steep prices, like Mackie 32/8 boards for $2.5 and such.
I will peruse the links provided and I thank y'all for the great leads.
