Would you say that it is abnormal for all your rack gear to be magnetized? I just noticed this as I was troubleshooting one of my preamp units that was acting weird on occasion. I don't know if that is the problem, but I just thought it was weird that pretty much everything in my rack is magnetized.
Can this mess up audio signal or something else? Any ideas why this is happening or how to demagnetize? Rolled an amp cabinet too close or something?
