I was looking into plugins like Waves, UAD II, T-Racks, and I was wondering if they are compatible with Magix products(Music Maker, Samplitude, etc..) or how I can find out if they are.
All of those plugins are a little expensive, though Im sure they are worth it, so I was also wondering if there are any plugin packages or bundles that are free, worth checking out?
When I looked into the plugins I mentioned.. I noticed they mentioned being compatible with Pro Tools, Logic, Cubase, etc... but didnt see Magix on there. Im mainly looking for quality compressors, EQ, and stuff for vocals. If Magix products arent compatible with those, I suppose I can always buy Logic since it doesnt seem to be too pricy. I just need help figuring this out. Any help would be appreciated, thanks.

To the best of my knowledge, all normal VST plugins are compatible with Samplitude and I would presume Music Maker though that is sort of entry level software so I'm not really very familiar with it.
For free plugins there a couple of decent options. Start with Cockos ReaPlugs. There are a set available for use without Reaper.

Also check out some old VST plugs that are still useful from GVST.
