All I can tell you is that the only frequencies that get through a phone are roughly between 200Hz and 4kHz. This should point you in the right direction. As for the rest of the request, if it is not apparent that you have already Google'd and thoroughly scoured the topics here, no one will answer your questions, which so far are disqualified from being answered by anyone but you. Just so ya know. Learning is half the fun...

Use EQ....equalizer. the EQ's in Cubase have numbers and you should easily be able to find 200 and 4000 and do what you need with them.
