This is cool actually. Waves is dumping the iLok in favor of USB activation to ANY USB thumb drive. Very cool.

Your Waves license is on a cloud and you can transfer it to a US
Your Waves license is on a cloud and you can transfer it to a USB, or you can transfer it directly to a computer. If you do the later, you can simply transfer it back to the cloud and then transfer it to another computer at any time for no charge.
