How good is the RODE NT1-A? and what kind of equipment should I get, to gets its full potential?

You might read the review of the M9 that at least used to be on this site. The reviewer had reliability issues with the capsule and the adhesives used to secure it in place, causing the capsule to fall out of position and fail. Sure, the factory sent him another mic, but caveats on that. Many of us here have or do own an NT1A. A reliable workhorse of a studio tool, it sounds fine in the right room with the right talent. Like DD said...
