Hello. I am about to go ahead and pull the trigger on the purchase of a Sebatron Thorax and I need someone to hold my hand and tell me that everything will be ok. Or, you could tell me that Im stupid and that I would be much better off spending that amount of money on *insert preamp here*. I am recording rock/metal.

I have read all the information on this forum about the Thorax but the reviews from people who have actually used one are few and far between.
