hi all,
looking to upgrade in the plug department on my mac.
i run mainly logic 9 with stock plugs with a few 3rd party (colour tone phase tool) and i have a few spare coins in the bank and want to buy some decent EQ and compression plugs.
i have been looking at the API pack from Waves(native) and have heard some great feed back about these. i have used the ssl 4k pack but didnt get enough time time get familiar with them.
i have an imac and mac book so i dont have PCIe slots for the UAD stuff. . but. is there any Neve plugs that run native?

little bit too expensive at the mo, altho i have been looking at the sonnox plugs which run on TC... they are quite reasonably as a elite native bundle £799.
The reverb, chorus, and delay plug-ins bundled with the stock TC PowerCore are unparalled in their price class. Unfortunately, many of the other bundled plug-ins, such as the compressors and eqs, are really quite average. But there a good number of quality third party options, like the Sonnox plug-ins, available.

have you checked out the TC Powercore? It's a bit more expensive
have you checked out the TC Powercore? It's a bit more expensive but runs off of Firewire.
