Hello,
I just rcieved Behringer's new firewire interface (FCA202) All the sound is going throught it well until I reach a certain point in VST Performance. When I have too many plugins or audio tracks, the sound is completely cracked. If I try to listen to iTunes while this project is open, the iTunes music sounds like poo as well. I've had problems with latency in the past, and that usually caused the occasional pop and click, but this is almost inaudible. Even my USB interface works well. Is this interface just a piece of junk...is it possible the my M-Audio USB interface works better than this firewire one?
Please help

The problem has an easy solution. Just follow these steps:
1) Remove the four screws that hold the cover on being careful not to strip the screws.
2) Remove the cover and set it aside.
3) Set the unit on the floor with the exposed circuit board facing upward.
4) Take a dump on the circuit board.
5) Replace the cover and tighten the screws.
6) Send the unit back to Behr##ger.
After all, they sent you crap. You're just returning the favor.

ha ha.....boltino, i was reading your post, as if you had some serious solution........and, then.......take a dump on it!!!!!
that is the funniest shit i have ever heard.......but, true, true, true.....
a guy at work was complaining, about the 32/16 digital mixer that he paid an unbelieveable 3200.00 CND when it first came out.
Well, he has sent it back to berhinger, like, 7 times for repair in 1 year. 2 of those 7 times, they sent it back with the problem fixed, only to find that during the repair, they broke something else........i think they have monkeys on assembly lines putting parts together......
yep...ditch the berhinger....
peace
You said the bad word. (Beri@#$%). By the way, double posts suck
You said the bad word. (Beri@#$%). By the way, double posts suck. To answer your question. Yes. Why get an interface that's incompatible to the one you currently have anyway? At least with another M-Audio device you might have been able to use them simultaneously.
