Hello! My name is Kurtis, and I'm new to the site. I've been recording for almost a year, and I just wanted to get people's feedback on something I've done recently. Unfortunately, the logic file got lost so I can no longer change anything (trust me, I'm not new at backing up files and all that jazz, this was a VERY rare and unfortunate case). This is my friend Mackenzie's song. I added guitars and bass and had a friend play drums. Before you rip me to pieces, let me say that I think the snare has a bad ring that I could've gated out. The guitars should've also been recorded with a REAL amp (instead of guitar rig 4). And there's some spots where the ride cymbal is laggy from quantizing. But any constructive criticism is welcome! Tell me what you think I'm doing right, and what I can improve on! : )
