you might try another option like "stereo interleaved" instead of "split stereo"

im using digital performer 3.0
i can't find the stereo int.

Not sure with DP, but in PT when you choose to bounce, your options come up for sample rate, bit depth, etc, that's where you can choose between dual mono and stereo interleaved. Maybe it's somewhere similar in there...or check in your preferences.

you bounce the tracks and then on the soundbites window select it and then export it to wave!
where is split track is the stereo interleaved option too!
