In an earlier post I complained that my refridgerator would cause a pop to go through my system when it turned on. I had a friend who gave me this "noise filter, surge protector". Should I plug it into my soundcard(Tascam 428) or my power amp? Or will it matter...or could there be another piece of gear that needs it?
