Budget Headphones

I'm in the midst of building a small setup for recording. In my spending of cash flow, I have very little left in my budget for anything else. Right now I have a pair of $25 Sony headphones I bought at Walmart.

Does anyone have recommendations for headphones under $50?
I could possibly spend up to $100, but would prefer to be under $50.

All suggestions are welcome. Thanks in advance.

AKG makes some nice cans under $50- just about their whole under

AKG makes some nice cans under $50- just about their whole under $50 line is very useable. I used to have my studio stock up with them. For drums and lead vox though I like my senny's 280 (100 bucs)

i have a pair of audio technica headphones that i got for about seventy dollars and i absolutely love them.
the model is ATH-M40FS. i bought them off of musicians friend and it was one my most solid purchases
