Open up those power supplys, clean off those heat sinks, unclog the fans, get out a can of Tetrafluoroethane Petroleum Hydrocarbon(compressed air duster), and clean those comps out! :D

Here in the dusty Nevada desert, puter dusting is a once a month deal. I have a little old shop vac. I cleaned it all out, and put the hose on the output instead of the input. It's pretty strong, so I keep it at a distance, but it works great.
I was gonna put filters on my fans, but since this is the desert, it's very hot here, so I can't afford to block airflow at all.
Also, it's a good idea to always keep your whole puter looking good. I hate dirty monitor screens, gunky keyboards, and a cluttered puter desk. A clean, organized work area gives a good impression. Keep those mice clean and running smoothly, too, and don't forget to blow the dust out of your printer.
When you're cleaning everything, unplug each connection and plug it back in a few times, to make sure the connections are clean and solid. Replace any cables or connectors that may be questionable.
Oh, and don't forget to wash behind your ears...
